Nonetheless I've heard enough about Gay Marriage. I've heard enough because Gay Marriage is far from the most important issue for the majority of the gay community. Comparing Civil Unions to Separate but Equal a al Plessy Vs. Ferguson is actually offensive. From a practical standpoint, making Gay Marriage the primary focus of the Gay Rights movement is almost certainly impractical, probably counter productive, and, somewhat insensitive.
